Oburunbebe stick: The Banga stick, known locally by that name but also by Oburunbebe stick is a woody stickwith striated bark. It is often used whole and added to banga soup to enhance the flavor.

How to use:

This brown herbal stick makes a big difference in the taste and aroma of the Banga soup. It is usually added towards the end of the soup making process and left for 10 minutes ,so that the flavor is infused into the soup. Oburunbebe stick can be re-utilized for subsequent cooking
